Tim & Michele – Wow! Taking the ol’ mystique off the age ol’ Internet question, “What do Tim & Michele look like?” Meanwhile there’s already been two comments ragging on Carrot Top. Haven’t listened to podcast 177 yet, have y’all? [smile]

Had so much fun last week, I’m already planning another trip to Vegas in September. Need to get my money back from those stupid Palazzo slot machines by taking it out on the Venetian tables.

Awesome show! You two could do this show from the mensroom of O’Sheas and still sound great (even with the background noise). I do have to say that I am a little dissapointed to know what you two look like. That was a neat mystery to have. I have to ask though, what will the next mystery be?

I liked being one of the few who had seen you two. Now not so special. But my momma always tried to make me share so have at it everyone. It makes me happy to see the show picking up steam in its third year. So many podcasts start dropping off after 6 months. Keep on keepin on.

First of all, I think it’s awesome that the two of you finally have a picture of yourselves online. I was fortunate enough to meet you guys last year, but so many of your listeners never have. I think it’s so cool for the listeners to be able to put faces with names.

As for Carrot Top, I have seen him 3 times in Vegas. The first time was at MGM Grand, and he was only performing selected dates there at the time. The show was completely Vegas themed, with references to the MGM hotel and how big it is, other shows that were playing at the MGM at the time (2 references to EFX with Rick Springfield), and he uses a lot of music clips and lighting effects during his show, which the sound and light guys didn’t miss a beat. I was highly impressed. The other two shows were at the Luxor. There is some similarity in his shows, but he’s always got some new props to show off, which are related to current news headlines, and so it keeps the show fresh and entertaining every time. The best part of the show, though, is at the end when he goes to the “Rock ‘N Roll Trunk”. The stage goes dark and a montage of hard rock songs starts to play. The lights come up for a few seconds during each song clip, and Carrot Top is decked out in some funky costume that resembles the band or lead singer (sometimes with a funny twist) and mimics them. Some of the performers include Ozzy, Steven Tyler, Axl Rose, Brett Michaels, and more.

Wait, I’ve now written more about Carrot Top than I have about my favorite Vegas podcasters. Great show, Tim & Michele! Great show, Tim & Michele! Woo Hoo Five Hundy By Midnight!!! Great show….
