  1. OOH GOOD You did another show this week! Driving to Vegas Friday and will save it for then. “Vegas baby Vegas!….hello everybody….”

  2. I did a spit take yesterday while listening to the podcast, Tim’s suggestion that statistics be printed on the back of the promotional card that porn slappers hand out ala Baseball Cards.

  3. Running an experiment based on the LOTR Slot connection to the online games.

First off, the games are separate entities entirely and are not slots on line. What they do is connect the account, then allow you to earn “Miles” in the game so that you can skip all the random miles earned in the casino while feeding the beast.

Yesterday, I earned enough miles for the first bonus round to open up. I went to the casino, played until I got the Bonus, and was able to play the new one.

Today I will stop by a casino that has LOTR slots, log in, and not play at all to see if all you need to do is log in at the casino, and you don’t need to play. I will come back with the results in the next day or two.

  4. Can’t beleive you went to see Adam Lambert and not Lionel Richie.

    Good show. Under 80 minutes.

    See you on October 30th.

    Dan

  5. Ok, browsing through new music noticed that Brandon Flowers is releasing a new CD “Flamingo” with a title track of “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas”. Which obviously got my attention! Anyone heard it yet, any good ?. Track six, ‘Podcast-a-Palooza’ also looked like it might be catchy.

  6. BTW tonight is Holly Madison bobble Head night (Aug 24) at the ball park. And she is throwing out the first pitch.

  7. Follow up on earlier reply. All you need to do is log in at the Casino.

I put in a fiver, logged in, hit the cashier button, and walked out the door.

The next level was then made available to me online at home.
