    1. Good Show. The slot play was better, but you fell into the trap of trying to double your money. Never works. Take the money and run.

      The Cirque De Soeil spot was crude but hilarious. Was it from a TV talk show? If it was its hard to believe that “felate” can make it through, when 40 years ago Suzanne Pleashette was bleaped for saying “period” in a joke.

    2. my sister insists to treat me to a ‘Cirque de Soleil’ show when we go to Vegas in April. i used to watch the troupe perform on French TV when i lived in Europe and marvelled at it, but, eeekkkss, now i’m wondering what it will be like to be in a live audience after hearing the clip :-}

      btw, loved hearing the promo for ‘The Tim and Tony Show’… one of my longtime very favs podcasts!

    3. Great show as always (I’ve gone back and listened to many of the archived shows), although I can’t believe that you were in the Fremont without mentioning that Swingers was filmed in there!

    4. Thanks for another excellent show, Tim. Hope you and Michele have great trip, and we’ll be looking forward to your next update from LV. By the way, any chance of posting some photos from the Apple Store meet & greet?

    5. Was bored this morning and listened to pod #1.

      great sound right from thre start.

      How are the predictions going?

    6. Re: Cirque… I think that (was it David Cross?) probably saw Zumanity (the “Sexy” one) which got pretty mixed reviews.

      Take the family to Ka or Mystere and everything will be A-OK

      Also, did anyone see Anthony Bourdain’s show this week on the Travel Channel? He practically did a Five Hundy tour… starting at the Double Down, hitting the Beauty Bar, lounging at the Peppermill, and eating at places I WOULD eat at if I could afford them. I think he stole my agenda.

    7. I don’t even remember all of the predictions. I plan to revisit them after in early 2006 to see how acurate I was.

      The Cirque clip was Paton Oswalt (although David Cross is another of my favorite comics).

      The Anthony Bourdain thing is waiting on TiVo for me to watch in the next couple days. Finally a new Vegas show.
