Owner Confirms New Frontier Sale is Near
Published March 20th, 2007 in Las Vegas NewsOwner Phil Ruffin has confirmed to Reuters that yesterday’s rumor that he is close to selling New Frontier to Elad Properties for $40 million an acre are indeed true.
Now where am I going to park? When I go on my walkabouts in that area, parking at The Frontier, is easy and convenient. I can park right on The Strip.
Elad can’t possibly be spending this money just to continue funding my parking lot.
I’ll see you in hell Ruffin!
Mr. Wynn woild love to see the end of the Frontier as would Mr. Trump.
LVA recently described the new Trump Tower as being “in the New Frontier parking lot”
