  1. I’ll offer this as far as the Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel goes-

My wife’s sister got married there a few years ago (five, I think) in the Elvis/Blue Hawaii ceremony and it was the most fun wedding I have ever been to. They did a really nice job of balancing the kitsch and the sincerity of the ceremony, if that makes sense.

Cermonies in the main chapel are streamed on the web at earthcam.com for the enjoyment of those who can’t make the trip.

  2. I think we should all throw in some cash so you two can get the Alice Cooper package.

  3. Too bad they don’t have a Prince package…name it the Purple Rain package. Or maybe “I would die 4 U” packge.

  4. Perhaps a Matt Goss theme package ?

( I know, I know .. enough of Matt Goss already. Just had nothing else to comment on this week )

Less expensive at least, assuming he has a smaller package than Alice Cooper.

  5. 90210?

Brian Austin Green? HELP!!! Megan Fox…that’s not right

I look forward to next week’s very special episode on Melrose Place.

  6. Ok.. I’m gonna say it, Matt Goss sucks!!….. If you want to like a Matt, try Matt Dusk! LOL

  7. Mike what is even more not right is that he has a son with Vannessa Marcil! The always HOT Sam from the Las Vegas TV show!

  8. Glenn from SYR!!!

All this Matt talk has had me thinking constantly of Matt Dusk as well!!! We picked the wrong Matt!!

Oh man, if Matt Dusk had a Vegas show, I would be there at every performance! “Play “Helpline Operator!!”” They would throw me out. 🙂

  9. Whoops, sorry now I am getting MY Matt’s mixed up. I read Matt Johnson when you said Matt Dusk for some reason.

Doh! I will go away now!

  10. Just so I have it right. Brian Austin Green has dated Tiffany Thiessen, (everyones favorite guilty pleasure, kelly kapowski), Vanessa Marcil, AND Megan Fox. Dudes gotta have a third leg…

  11. Just got my offer for Venezia tower. $29 per night, but have to get 1,000 points on the visit ir will be charged $80 more.

My wife gets better offers and didn’t get this one. We’ll pass.

Wynn is for $99 midweek plus an Encore upgrade.

    Dan

  12. They might have used the Center Stage dome at the Plaza in the movie “Casino”, but I really can’t recall. My mind goes blank at every scene that Sharon Stone was in, some things being too painfull for the mind to remember.

But remember the ’80s TV series “Crime Story”? They had lots of scenes shot in the Center State reastaurant – pre FSE canopy. That series was one of my favorites.

  13. Thanks for the heads up about the fries at Burger Joint. I work right next to Flamingo so…

Jersey Boys is probably the best show in Las Vegas right now. Have seen it several times.

The dome at Plaza is pretty cool. It was nice as a restaurant before it became the sport book.
