RE: Caesars Bankruptcy:
To all of you who have large balances on your total rewards account.
People who are part of affinity programs such as total rewards are considered unsecured creditors in bankruptcy. Which means the Caesars can terminate the current program and bring your balances to zero.
I learned this the hard way when continental airlines went bankrupt, as I lost over 300 k miles.
So if you have a large total rewards balance spend them ASAP! OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!
