  1. My first listener call in about 4 years, and I screwed up the name of my favorite casino drink… Bombay Sapphire and Tonic! I called it a “Bombay and Sapphire” at least 2 or 3 times! Epic fail! Drunk dialing is not for those without requisite experience; I’ll be spending more time practicing this coming year!

  2. Michelle I need your two cents. I’ve booked a surprise trip to Vegas in 2 weeks for my wife & I. The 4 days will cover our 16th wedding and her birthday. We leave at 11:30am the 29th. My question to you is should I tell her the night before (so she has time to pack) or wait til the morning of? I know it’s a tough question not knowing her, but what would you think would be more exciting? Jersey boys the first night, Hugo’s celler the 2nd. Can’t wait! Thanks for all you guys do!

  3. Jeff,

It depends if she’s a throw-it-all-together-and-go gal, or if she spends a lot of time packing. If it’s the former, the morning of should be fine. But if it’s the latter, she’ll appreciate the extra time.

For example, if I told Tim we’re going to Vegas, he could be ready in about 10 minutes. It would take me a couple hours, especially if I want to fit in casual clothes for walking around and more dressy stuff for dinner/shows. But you know her, so go with what you think is best.

Sounds like a great trip, and I hope you have an excellent time!

  4. Jeff – you are the world’s greatest husband!! I would LOVE to get a surprise trip to Vegas, even if I no notice at all and my husband just took me to the airport instead of lunch! I figure you can always buy stuff when you get there.

I am both confused and intrigued by this Panda show. I think it might be along the lines of a horrible car wreck (where no one gets hurt, of course)! I really hope someone goes and reports back!
